Setting The Screen

Demonstrating a lovely bit of filmmaking whimsy, the lovely people at SlashFilm have put up a copy of the instructions given by Wes Anderson to projectionists showing his latest film, The Grand Budapest Hotel. As the film intentionally uses three distinct aspect ratios, he is obviously even more keen than normal that it is screened correctly. So if you’re planning a home screening in a few months’ time, now you know!
